In het contactformulier vragen we naar je voornaam, naam, e-mailadres en natuurlijk het onderwerp van je contactname en de details daarvan. De door u meegedeelde persoonsgegevens zullen gebruikt worden voor volgende doeleinden:
- We vragen deze gegevens om u te contacteren met antwoorden op door U gestelde vragen.
- We vragen deze gegevens om u bij gelegenheid op de hoogte te brengen van nieuwe edities of andere relevante informatie gerelateerd aan ondernemerschap en De Bertjes.
In het formulier via hetwelk ondernemers als kandidaat geregistreerd kunnen worden vragen we naar de naam, en voornaam van de ondernemer, bedrijf, korte beschrijving van de activiteiten van het bedrijf, website, e-mailadres, telefoon nummer, Facebook pagina, Instagram pagina, twitter account, de categorie waarvoor de ondernemer kandidaat is, de motivatie van de kandidatuur en indien relevant wie deze persoon voordraagt. De door u meegedeelde persoonsgegevens zullen gebruikt worden voor volgende doeleinden:
- We vragen deze gegevens om de evaluatie te kunnen maken of deze ondernemer verkozen kan worden tot laureaat in één van de categorieën.
- We vragen deze gegevens om de kandidaat op de hoogte te kunnen houden van het verder verloop van het selectie proces, van de nominaties en het evenement.
- We vragen deze gegevens om u bij gelegenheid op de hoogte te brengen van nieuwe edities of andere relevante informatie gerelateerd ondernemerschap en innovatie.
Bij (pre-)registratie voor het event vragen we naar je voornaam, naam, email adres en rol om je op de hoogte te kunnen houden van het verloop van het proces en het evenement.
CORTO bvba bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor de gegevens worden verzameld. Wij bewaren deze gegevens in een mailbox (Google mail), Airtable en als backup Google Sheets.
U beschikt over een wettelijk recht op inzage en eventuele correctie van uw persoonsgegevens. Mits bewijs van identiteit (kopie identiteitskaart) kunt u via een schriftelijke, gedateerde en ondertekende aanvraag aan CORTO bvba gratis de schriftelijke mededeling bekomen van uw persoonsgegevens. Indien nodig kunt u ook vragen de gegevens te corrigeren die onjuist, niet volledig of niet pertinent zouden zijn. U kan zich kosteloos verzetten tegen het gebruik van uw gegevens voor direct marketing. Hiertoe kan U zich steeds richten tot CORTO bvba. Uw persoonsgegevens zullen niet worden doorgegeven aan derden.

- We ask this data to be able to evaluate whether this entrepreneur can be chosen as a laureate in one of the categories.- We ask this data to inform the candidate keep track of the progress of the selection process, of the nominations and the event.
- We ask this information to inform you on occasionn new editions or other relevant information related entrepreneurship and innovation. When (pre-) registering for the event, we ask for your first name, name, email address and role in order to keep you informed of the progress of the process and the event.
CORTO bvba does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which the data is collected. We store this data in a mailbox (Google mail), Airtable and as backup Google Sheets. You have a legal right to inspect and possibly correct your personal data.
